Dear Valued Leonard Adams Customers,
We want to touch base during this time, to reassure you that the Leonard Adams Insurance Team is here for you. We have assembled a resource page on our website that may answer many of the questions you already have. We’ll continue to work diligently to keep this page updated as we navigate our way through this uncharted territory together.
It has certainly been a whirlwind experience for all of us to manage the past year and a half. It has changed all of our lives faster than anything we have ever experienced. We do hope that you and your family are staying healthy and safe, and we wish the best for each of you. In the meantime, we want you to know we are here for you, but in a new “Hybrid-Telework mode”. Almost all of our staff is working remotely, with the exception of a few.
Since March 2020, in the best interest of our valued staff at Leonard Adams Insurance, we chose to take the necessary measures to close our physical office, in an effort to avoid exposure to the COVID-19 for our staff, as well as our customers and Carrier partners. As well, we want to be supportive and respectful of joining in on the effort to “Save Lives!” by minimizing and limiting physical interaction with others, until it is safe to do so.

All of our employees are still available from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You can reach them either through email, our office number or their direct phone line, which is listed below this letter. This new Hybrid-Telework format will be an exciting process for all of us! We are in this together and will do everything possible to find the best ways to support you. We intend to be available for you and at the same time, take good care of our wonderful staff. We value your business and appreciate hearing from you on how we can better serve you during this unexpected time for our nation and our world.
As a small family business, we care about you – our valued customer – and we care about our staff and our community. We have made it through hard times before and will get through this…together!
