I have over 25 years of experience in the industry and have worked for insurance companies as well as agencies in California, Washington, and Oregon. I have obtained industry designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) through The National Institute. I enjoy building rapport with clients and colleagues. When I am not at work, I enjoy seasonal outdoor activities; hiking & biking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
